How to Fix No Internet Access Problem in Windows 10


Many Windows users encountered so many problems after upgrading to Windows 10. Users who have just upgraded their computer with Windows 10 reported that there are lots of troubles they are facing after this upgrade. They are facing problems like No wifi available, Sound problem, Black Screen etc. These are common problems of most of the users using new Windows 10. First of all, we need to understand the problem that what kind of problem you are going with. For this, you need to follow the basic steps to understand what the problem really is.

Method 1 – Update the Network Adapter Driver

It is possible that your problem of wifi is because of the drivers installed on your computer. When you upgraded your system to Windows 10, the drivers that were installed before might be deleted. In other cases, most of the drivers are not compatible with new windows so you need to fix this problem by updating these drivers with the latest drivers that are compatible with your latest operating system. To do this just follow the steps given below.

Step 1 – Search “Device Manager” in the search box on the bottom left of the screen.

Step 2 – Select the first option in the match list “Device Manager”.

Step 3 – Expand the “Network adapters” options.

Step 4 – Right click on the wifi driver and click on “Update Driver Software” option.

Step 5 – Select first option here “Search automatically for updated driver software

Step 6 – After clicking just follow the steps and close it.

Step 7 – Now restart your computer and check the wifi connection again.

By following these steps your drivers will update and your problem will be solved. If this method doesn’t work for you then try the next one.

Method 2 – Enter Command to Fix No Wi-Fi in Windows 10

It is possible that your wifi problem is because of unsupported VPN software present during the Windows 10 upgrade. So to fix this problem just follow the steps.

Important :- This is a case sensitive method. Use carefully and don’t modify the registry incorrectly and back up the registry before any problem occurs.

Step 1 – Firstly right click on the start button of windows on the bottom left the corner of the screen.

Step 2 – Click on “Command Prompt (Admin)” option.

Step 3 – After selecting that option enter the following command and hit enter button :-

reg delete HKCRCLSID{988248f3-a1ad-49bf-9170-676cbbc36ba3} /va /f

Step 4 – After doing that enter another following command and hit enter again :-

netcfg -v -u dni_dne

Step 5 – Restart your computer.

After doing all this you will see a complete list of available wifi devices.

If this method too doesn’t work for you then try this one.

Method 3 – Run the Network troubleshooter

Network troubleshooter can help you to diagnose and fix the wifi problems. It will search the common problems in your system and will fix them itself. For this you just have to follow the steps given below :-

Step 1 – In the search box search for “Network troubleshooter”.

Step 2 – Click on the first result “Identify and repair network problems

Step 3 – After clicking the option just follow the commands and check again that if your problem is solved or not.

This Network Troubleshooter can detect common problems in your computer and fix them automatically. For this, you need to follow the commands given above.
